My coaching is grounded in an extraordinary career including three major pivots: climbing the corporate ladder at Ontario Power Generation and Capgemini; building a multi-million-dollar practice as a Deloitte Partner, leading large teams and delivering transformation at scale and then, at the height of that success, deciding to bet on myself.

The horizon had become bigger targets, not bigger ideas. I wanted creative freedom, a different kind of impact, and the chance to build something that was entirely mine.
